We offer aluminum tanks with the latest hydro dates. Since our tanks are brand new, they do not have VIP stickers on them. A scuba tank with a sticker on it is a used tank.

As with our other merchandise, everything we offer is the best quality and comes with the manufacturer's original warranty. All scuba tanks are made by just a few companies. You will see 80 cubic foot aluminum tanks in dive shops with any of 10 or 15 different name brands on them from different companies. The truth is that all of the tanks are made by the same two factories which sell them to the other companies. They are all the same, identical product meeting the same government standards. Therefore, feel free to shop only by price. The quality is all the same. Just make sure you are getting a geniune Thermo brand valve with your tank. Since there are no standards for valves, some dealers might try to shave a few dollars off the price by giving you a "cheaper quality" valve. We use only Thermo valves.

      VIP Sticker

    All empty tanks will require a visual inspection. Therefore a new tank will need to be inspec- ted by the first place that fills it for you. If you are going to fill it yourself, you can purchase an unused VIP sticker to put on the tank.

     

    Not for SCUBA tank sticker used by paintballers and others who do not need breathing air in the tank.
